I am struggling to find out any info about my parcels
You need to add a HUGE THUMBS DOWN rating choice. Giving a one star rating is inaccurate and painful. Quite frankly this is the worst service imaginable
I posted my parcel Monday and my client still have not received it. This is the second late or no delivery in two months not acceptable at all.

We have had endless troubles with the quality of work by Aramex recently .For instance today we called twice and once held on for 16 minutes before we hung up and the second time 11 minutes before we cancelled the call .. According to Aramex's own document this delivery was collected on 28 May and was on its way to the final destination on 29 May. Today the customer enquired about the delivery of her order and to our shock we found out that the order had still not been completed. Also today we were confronted by an irate customer who received a pair of pink slippers and a pair of shoes not remotely the same as the two pairs of shoes we sent through Aramex. Pull up your socks guys!
My parcel was taken to aramex a week ago, I did not get it even now....I don't think I'll ever recommend them....
The service i got from aramex was very poor, I lost a client because they did not pick up the parcel from the client on time. I just lost a client with 4 complexes because of Aramex, I am very dissapointed.
