The service i got from aramex was very poor, I lost a client because they did not pick up the parcel from the client on time. I just lost a client with 4 complexes because of Aramex, I am very dissapointed.
On 31/05 I handed in parcel to Oribi Pick n Pay. I understood that it would arrive within 2-3 working days - this is still registered as "in transit" on your South African site. On the 'international site there is no record of DBP44179531590 When I tried to Submit Support Request, the form does not recognise "Port Shepstone", so I can't send! Please advise URGENTLY - my customer is shouting at me! SINCERELY And so - the parcel got delivered while I was writing this - so THANK YOU! However, I thought you might like to know about my online experiences??..
