We have had endless troubles with the quality of work by Aramex recently .For instance today we called twice and once held on for 16 minutes before we hung up and the second time 11 minutes before we cancelled the call .. According to Aramex's own document this delivery was collected on 28 May and was on its way to the final destination on 29 May. Today the customer enquired about the delivery of her order and to our shock we found out that the order had still not been completed. Also today we were confronted by an irate customer who received a pair of pink slippers and a pair of shoes not remotely the same as the two pairs of shoes we sent through Aramex. Pull up your socks guys!
My parcel was taken to aramex a week ago, I did not get it even now....I don't think I'll ever recommend them....
The service i got from aramex was very poor, I lost a client because they did not pick up the parcel from the client on time. I just lost a client with 4 complexes because of Aramex, I am very dissapointed.
On 31/05 I handed in parcel to Oribi Pick n Pay. I understood that it would arrive within 2-3 working days - this is still registered as "in transit" on your South African site. On the 'international site there is no record of DBP44179531590 When I tried to Submit Support Request, the form does not recognise "Port Shepstone", so I can't send! Please advise URGENTLY - my customer is shouting at me! SINCERELY And so - the parcel got delivered while I was writing this - so THANK YOU! However, I thought you might like to know about my online experiences??..
Terrible service! Waiting since Wednesday for my delivery and its Friday o my gosh!
Disgusting service. Waited all day for delivery. Never got delivered now no such no on tracking! Nobody answers the phone!
