They told me they tried deliver on 2 occassion, but veiwed CCTV and no one attempted to deliver, and no card left even the seller is a waist of Time!! Now its saying it was delivered on the 8th but not received it. opened a case on ebay now closed and they are satisfied £300 down wtf a joke!!!

Worst company ever,I tracked my parcel all day it said 4 more deliveries before me then it went straight to,couldn't get access,apparently the driver couldn't work out how to ring my flat,( not rocket science ) so they sent it back to the company,totally fuming with them.

Card left saying my parcel was in my back porch, I dont have a back porch and they is no way of getting to the back of my house, no parcel!! Thieves

Very poor service .said they called but never did as I was in all day , as not well .Said they left a note , never did. The driver ran out of time as nearest yodel depots many miles from me. Why Lie about this. Not the first time this has happened with Yodel. Made the same excuse last two times.

takes forever to deliver really slow delivery

Used them monthly for dog food deliveries for over 5 years and only once had a delay with a delivery. Drivers are basically self employed so its not always the fault of the company.
