Very poor service .said they called but never did as I was in all day , as not well .Said they left a note , never did. The driver ran out of time as nearest yodel depots many miles from me. Why Lie about this. Not the first time this has happened with Yodel. Made the same excuse last two times.

takes forever to deliver really slow delivery

Used them monthly for dog food deliveries for over 5 years and only once had a delay with a delivery. Drivers are basically self employed so its not always the fault of the company.

Didn't and couldn't be bothered to deliver my parcels on 16/02/2019 he or she took it back to depot and said they couldn't get in couldn't get in where they went to the wrong place this as happened a lot of times if your workers can't be bothered to ring to find us they shouldn't be sacked
