Unsatisfactory service Yodel tracking says unable to Locate my house???? 3 times so have to collect from depot. I can't collect as to far away ?? No other option can't email internet chat always Busy says try again later and to telephone it is a chargeable number ???? My parcel will have to be returned to sender

Absolutely horrendous, said couldn't find my address but we get deliveries from them all the time , gave a second delivery date but still never received parcel. No number to contact depot, spoke to customers service and they were no help at all.

Worse than Uber. WILL NEVER USE, OR BUY FROM ANYONE WHO USES THESE TRUMPETS. One star, because minus 10 was not an option.

No updates as to when your package will be delivered a text with an 1hour delivery slot would be useful this system is available with other delivery agents.

The absolute WORST delivery company ever. Non existent attempted deliveries,customer service if you can ever get through,are absolutely USELESS. Avoid this company

Parcel should have arrived on Friday and still nothing. Absolutely awful delivery service. It was for a present on last Sunday. Still waiting!!!!!
