Absolutely horrendous, said couldn't find my address but we get deliveries from them all the time , gave a second delivery date but still never received parcel. No number to contact depot, spoke to customers service and they were no help at all.

No updates as to when your package will be delivered a text with an 1hour delivery slot would be useful this system is available with other delivery agents.

Parcel should have arrived on Friday and still nothing. Absolutely awful delivery service. It was for a present on last Sunday. Still waiting!!!!!

Parcel on its way for a month now but still no joy. Impossible to speak to anyone, they don’t reply to emails, So frustrating. Company claim parcel is with Yodel, tracker says it has been returned - still trying to get s refund
