I was told my parcel was out for delivery 2 days now contact them sorry it still in there store . I spoke to someone asked when my parcel was getting delivered she said she was sorry don't no I told her yodel delivery is cr*p

Unfortunately at 7pm on the expected day of delivery tracking info said " oh no our van has broken down, sorry for the inconvienience" Then when I checked at 8pm it said the parcel had been delivered at 7pm. It never got delivered to me so 1 star very poor service and another unhappy customer.
