Unfortunately at 7pm on the expected day of delivery tracking info said " oh no our van has broken down, sorry for the inconvienience" Then when I checked at 8pm it said the parcel had been delivered at 7pm. It never got delivered to me so 1 star very poor service and another unhappy customer.

Absolute rubbish, should have had parcel on the 24th of August it’s now the 2nd of sept carnt evan speak to a person to sort it out how are they still in business ??

Two weeks waiting for the parcel coming from US, paid over 40 gbp customs only to be misdelivered by yodel. Useless as alwats.

Worst carrier going. Lost my parcel. When I asked for a tracking gps it showed the carrier was walking everywhere but not where he had left my parcel.
