Really rude delivery driver, banging furiously on the door as if he was the police! But had no intention of waiting for a response - in the 20 seconds it took my heavily pregnant self to get to the door, he'd already dumped the parcel round the side of the house and was about to post a note through my letterbox. He then retrieved my parcel, sarcastically handed it to me, and muttered something under his breath in another language. The one star is for the item being delivered intact. Beyond that, appalling services, no manners. Just unnecessarily rude.

Delivery far far too slow, parcel sat in sorting office for 4 days then another 2 further days in my local sorting office

Awful. Late delivery of fresh flowers from M&S which completely fell apart when delivered. They had been in transit from early morning and arrived early evening which was well after their original quoted delivery time. This has happened several times before. If I know Yodel is the chosen delivery for a company I purchase from in the future I will not make that purchase.

No card left for attendance. I waited all Monday and no attendance as per the company i purchased the product from. Today i was,provided your tracking number. I popped out for 30mins and missed it no card so how,was i to know you attended. Diabolical firm.

Why do companies use yodel as their courier, every time I purchase an item and discover it’s yodel I immediately start thinking, something’s wrong, sure enough yet again my parcel should have arrived no later than the 19/08/19 , no sign of it, on two previous occasions they have delivered to a street!! Not a drive which I live on, the people at the same number but street must be overjoyed with all the free gifts.... hopefully with such a bad rating on here from others this company won’t remain much longer... fingers crossed

Total joke of a company. Waited in all day only to find that the tracker had been updated with delivery attempted but driver could not access property. Total garbage as there is full access to the property. Looks like the driver could not be bothered. Hermes is bad, yodel is worse.
