Why do companies use yodel as their courier, every time I purchase an item and discover it’s yodel I immediately start thinking, something’s wrong, sure enough yet again my parcel should have arrived no later than the 19/08/19 , no sign of it, on two previous occasions they have delivered to a street!! Not a drive which I live on, the people at the same number but street must be overjoyed with all the free gifts.... hopefully with such a bad rating on here from others this company won’t remain much longer... fingers crossed

Total joke of a company. Waited in all day only to find that the tracker had been updated with delivery attempted but driver could not access property. Total garbage as there is full access to the property. Looks like the driver could not be bothered. Hermes is bad, yodel is worse.

Item still not arrived 6 days later. It's been sent back and forth between 2 places multiple times. Apparently they were unable to drop it off at a shop collect+ shop at 10:50am. Rang the shop and the delivery driver hadn't turned up that day. Emailed yodel 3 days ago and not received a response. Terrible.

My parcel was expected to be delivered on the 17th of July, yet I still have not received my item and have not had an update since the 10th of July. Shocking bad, avoid at all costs. Never ordering from banggood again until they change curriers

Was due to be delivered on the 7th Aug it's the 19th and still no idea when my parcels will arrive. Disgusting had to give 1 star as no star wasn't available.
