Item still not arrived 6 days later. It's been sent back and forth between 2 places multiple times. Apparently they were unable to drop it off at a shop collect+ shop at 10:50am. Rang the shop and the delivery driver hadn't turned up that day. Emailed yodel 3 days ago and not received a response. Terrible.
