Parcel not delivered like last time. Courier said they left a card, but they clearly have not... Just like last time. Why do people use these sh*t couriers.!!!!!!

Waited over a week for my parcel to be delivered, with no tracking up dates! Only to be told they had lost my item (a double matress). Got a full refund and had to 're order, and am still awaiting delivery. Not happy at all as original item was ordered on 30th July!
