Yodel is awful every time ive waited well past the deliverly date i get no answer when i contact yodel ,ibe had parcels left in my brown bin on many occasions and the parcel has been stolen even when courier has said it was delivered and signed for total lies

2 delivery times not showed up on either after waiting in not happy at all now have to wait until I come back from holiday rubbish service

Have used this company many times in the past not through any choice of my own but when buying on the internet unfortunately you have to go with whoever the seller chooses me personally if I knew yodel we're doing delivery I would never buy anything again they just mess you about and tell lies saying they've tired to make delivery and no one was in this has happened to me many time's I personally would never use these given the choice.

If there was 0 stars that's what I would give them. I'm disabled and depend on these services. They have said they tried to deliver 9 times to my home and no answer but I was in and they left no card. They have do do something about the way customers ate treated and provide a service the should be proud of
