If there was 0 stars that's what I would give them. I'm disabled and depend on these services. They have said they tried to deliver 9 times to my home and no answer but I was in and they left no card. They have do do something about the way customers ate treated and provide a service the should be proud of

I've been waiting 2 days for my parcel tracking saying delivery at a certain time still waiting I would never use yodel to send a parcel

The yodel driver claimed the parcel was refused but did not turn up as site foreman was waiting for them

Said they have tried to deliver twice which is a complete lie, I have been home on both occasions
