Should have been delivered days ago and Yodel tracking website says see awaiting goods from 5 days ago. In this day and age Yodel offer a very poor service compared to all the other delivery companies we have used.

Absolute terrible service their website said my order would be with me on a certain date so I on lined chatted with them then wanted to go back on their tracking website but guess what wouldn’t let me go back onto the page just states that the parcel will soon be with me yet their website says they had received it and was to be delivered on this date funny isn’t it how the web site changes

Tried to tell me they had tried to deliver and no one was home ...it's a 24hr a day business fully manned 24hr a day , left a card ..not sure where though online webchat took over 30 mins to do d out what had happened to be told I think he went to the wrong address supposed to be bein delivered today does nt even show as out for delivery absolutely shocking service would never recommend
