Tried to tell me they had tried to deliver and no one was home ...it's a 24hr a day business fully manned 24hr a day , left a card ..not sure where though online webchat took over 30 mins to do d out what had happened to be told I think he went to the wrong address supposed to be bein delivered today does nt even show as out for delivery absolutely shocking service would never recommend

I am waiting for an urgent parcel and 3 days ago waiting collection but still not collected so goodness knows when I'll receive it

Tells you they came to your address but didn't, tell you they left a card but they didn't and tells you they went to your neighbour but didn't. Poor service

Rubbish service. Driver comes ring the bell and goes away without delivering the parcel. He done it twice in row.

After tracking the delivery and waiting indoors for the driver. He comes rings the bell and goes goes away with the parcel. Ashame and bad service.

Never arrives on time been sitting in depo for a day and a half day and if your not in they leave on step and write in a secure out building on there info but I dont own an out building so fake info they dont care even if its raining to lazy to pop to a neighbours and ask to take in
