Trying to track my parcel on your tracking system last update is 24th June saying your parcel will be with us soon delivery date is today what the he*l is going on I have give 1 star as I cannot give zero

They have always been very good and punctual with hunters food and other things that I have asked for and nothing has ever been broken or punçtured and the driver has always got a smile on his and a joke for me witch I like that's why I give them a five star rating and hunter loves there food aswell .. Says goods delivered Saturday 12.25 and nothing delivered and no tracking I can see why the rating is so low total lies

Discusted paid extra for next day and the driver didn't even attempt a delivery. I require a refund and appoligy as it ruined my day waiting in for it. And had to travel to get replacement.

Would have rated 0 stars if option was available. still extremely poor service as from 10 years ago. Absolutely no improvement in all that time. No-one I've spoken to has a positive thing to say about them. How are they still in business!!!
