Discusted paid extra for next day and the driver didn't even attempt a delivery. I require a refund and appoligy as it ruined my day waiting in for it. And had to travel to get replacement.

Would have rated 0 stars if option was available. still extremely poor service as from 10 years ago. Absolutely no improvement in all that time. No-one I've spoken to has a positive thing to say about them. How are they still in business!!!

Useless company, the only delivery company that cant find my address. I havent once had a successful delivery from yodel. As soon as i find out my item is getting sent by them i know it wont turn up.

Tracking system useless. Only says its in depot. No word of delivery day or time!!!

Very very hard....5 days ... Manchester at Aberdeen......with DHL 7 days America at Aberdeen......
