Trying to get a straight answer on a delivery is totally impossible. Told they can’t tell me a delivery time slot only giving you between the hours of 8am and 9pm ridiculous

Ordered a bed. Was ment to turn up on the friday. Was told it will not be coming for another week. The tracking tells me its 22 miles away. Terrible service

Discusseded with the driver who did not deliver parcel & threated police action for harassment when asked why - now company refusing to deliver - will never buy anything from a company that uses this firm

Got a simple update saying a 3rd party was delivering to yodel on the 2nd around 05:30h now it’s past 10:00h on the 5th and status is the same, pi*s poor set

This is my 1st written review and I can't fault them. They run it close but it always get here on time!

The worst courier company on this planet. Lie about deliveries and don’t bother look into complaints. Appalling customer service on all levels. Pleas stop hiring incompetent people. Should be avoided at all costs.

Worst service ever rude drivers and parcels never arrive on time or when originally dispatched always taken back to depot until day after and delivery times always changed throughout the day with no apology or reason why
