Worst service ever rude drivers and parcels never arrive on time or when originally dispatched always taken back to depot until day after and delivery times always changed throughout the day with no apology or reason why

Why don't you just be honest!!! If delivery will be in 5 days instead of 1 then just tell us!!!! It really is that simple!!!!

I wish sellers stated which courier they use. If I knew a seller was using Yodel I wouldn't waste my time buying from them

How this company is still operating is beyond me.... My parcel was chucked on a car roof! Not my car, not even on my bloody road, just a random car! Luckily some kind sole found it & delivered it to me
