Same unacceptable service as others are expressing. My small package left Chanhassen, MN post office on December 19, arrived in St Paul the next day. Sat there apparently until being sent to Des Moines Iowa on the 24th. I was told it would be delivered to my daughter in law in New Hampshire on the 23rd. Why it went to the distribution center in IA makes no sense. Here it is, Christmas Day, and it’s still sitting in IA. I paid for Priority mail too. The other 5 packages I sent all arrived 2 days later than I was told as well. They were all cookies so 2 days really matter, I want them to be fresh. I don’t think I’ll be using US mail for things like this ever again.

I am very dissatisfied, the parcel is taking a very long time to arrive, at first they wrote one delivery date, then a day later, now they are showing the next day, already delayed by a week, very bad service.
