Found clerk to be extremely rude, was rude to elderly lady needing help with her parcel and to another woman as well as myself. Most window clerks are always helpful but this female clerk does not seem to know what good customer service is perhaps some additional training would help.

Sent certified letter 12/7/18 today is 12/13 letter has still not been delivered and needs to be there by 12/14/18 very upset post office advised would be there by Monday 12/10/18 where is my letter ??
