Says my package was not delivered due to not being able to access my house. My other package was delivered with no problem thru usps. I needed the product today! That is why I had guaranteed 2 day delivery. My guess is the package was left on the truck since there was no blocking of my driveway. Very disappointed

I go to the Haverhill office at least once a week and everyone is so nice. Sure it takes some time but I have waited longer to check out at the grocery store.
