I would rate it a zero if possible, only reason I give it a 2 is because my postman is excellent. Give a couple reasons why: 1) they never update the location of your package on the tracking service, every time I order something it SAYS USPS is waiting to receive the package and it's NEVER UPDATED UNTIL THE DAY IT ARRIVED. 2) on our postmans day off we never receive mail, when he goes on vacation we may get mail 3 days a week. 3) during the holidays UPS, FED EX, etc hire temp employees to compensate for the extra parcel load, USPS just let's the mail back up. 4) there are 3 roads in our city that have the same street name and number as ours with a different zip code and we are constantly trading mail with the other two houses that get our mail. 5) these are just a sampling of my complaints with our government run mail service and I could deal with them all if when I called to correct issues they weren't so ignorant and acted like they cared just a little. Especially at the local level! To summarize I could mail a package today from the US and have it to Hong Kong China using FED EX in 24 hours and know where my package is every step of the way but USPS can't get a parcel two states away in a week without screwing it up. The sooner private Enterprise takes over the mail the better, or at least gives them some competition so they are forced to correct their issues!
