I made someone to send a package to another person in New Jersey and unfortunately the address was wrong, now, return the package to its original address it’s taking forever. It’s been five months since he sent it! This is terrible and whenever I call it takes them over 30min. to answer the call.Smh.

I mailed a package priority. Wrotw wrong address on it got online put redeliver to where my mail go's. Guess that was the wrong answer now it's been over a month n package was last scanned in San fransico ca on 4th of May n it is still not to me

Recent changes and updates have made knowing when to expect your delivery impossible. With so many package thefts, you would think the post office would understand the need to give people the chance to beat the thieves to their mail. Now you get to guess where your items are or contact a psychic or consult your horoscope. Shame on the pist office, I thought you were better than FedEx, guess I am wrong.

Why does a package mailed in Dallas to be delivered in Dallas has to be routed through Los Angeles, CA??? It was to be delivered on Friday the 10th now it won’t be delivered until who knows when.

The worst service always comes from the Sandstone,va hub. They lose more than they deliver!
