I paid the extra amount to have this package delivered by Thurs and on Sunday morninf i cannot even get a accurate report on just where my package is.

This is horrible, no update since Wednesday and today is Saturday. No real person to help me, your automated system is just as horrible. I wasted money paying for priority.

Pkg has gone from 1 facility to another & back to 1st one & back & still has not reached destination. Sent Tues & now its Saturday & still on the road. Only had to go 100 miles to begin with!

I was sending package on Thursday December6 over night mail witch should arrived at destination on Friday December7 witch never did and when i tryed tracking number the tracking is not even updated so i can this is really pissing me off so your service to me s*cks
