I paid for two day delivery on 11/27/18 and on 12/01/18, I find it is still not delivered. Great Job!

Says package delivered but it wasn’t. I was home when they say it was delivered I am still trying to find out what happen to my package with 2 items.

Was supposed to be delivered 11/29 paid for 2 day delivery and as of today 12/1 not delivered yet and nothing since it left facility on 11/26

Why pay for first class 2-day delivery to go 100 miles when it is now 5 days and still has not been delivered. The tracking still says ‘en route to next location’. The last letter I sent first class to the same location NEVER arrived. And I used a return address too. Unfortunately, i put the letter in my mailbox for the mail carrier to pick up so there is no tracking. DO NOT trust the USPS with your important mailings.

PAID for 2 day priority shipping with delivery for Nov. 30th. Parcel still in NC on Dec. 1st. Charged for priority for crappy service. Told there was a sudden slow down in delivery which is BS.
