I sent this envelope certified return receipt feb 4, 2019 today is feb 18,2019 and it still has not arrived. It's a local package going to same city. 20 minutes away. I could have walked it faster.

I don't know how the h*ll you can call Knoxville Tennessee Powers Oregon, but some totally brain dead idiot has my package out for delivery in Knoxville, when it's clearly supposed to go to Powers Oregon.
