I was told that my package would arrive with in 10 days it sat in Portugal for almost a month they still haven't received it .I won't be sending anything again .I do know it's not the usps it's customs I don't get why they need to keep it that long plus they charge them to pick it up it's a give they should not be charged I payed the fees already. Tks

Tried to track but no info. Was suppose to be delivered yesterday. Still has not arrived!!

I sent a book to sandy OR 0n 10th jan. Supposed to reach on 18th january. They have not got it even today the 24th jan. Tracvking map shows it is still en route and arriving late. What kind of rating do you expect? Furking lousy.
