You people left me on hold for 1hour and 15 minutes! I mailed out a letter on May 14th and it’s been found to it’s final destination since May 19th and you are repeating the same information for 13 DAYS! Pathetic!

I visited the Vista USPS office in Salem, Oregon, and received some "above and beyond" help from clerk #14. I had really screwed up the address on a package and he personally corrected it and made the whole experience a lot less embarrassing than it could have been. Thanks!

package did not arrive on time! Was sent from Englewood Col to Oregan then Kansas city and will get to springfield missouri maybe soon? why did I sent it special handling at extra expense for snail mail service.
