No wonder usps is losing business, my certified mail took 12 days, and today your site says the mailman left a note no one was home to sign for it, but I was home and no notes left in my mailbox. ...just terrible service. ..I would rather deal with UPS or FedEx than usps

Been waiting on a package since Nov. 2 and was at home and no knock on the door saying a package was here and have been waiting for it since and no slip saying where the package is or for me to pick it up at the post office

I'm not impressed with your delivery time ,my package has been in the metro facility since Nov.1,2019 and still have not received it,keeps saying out for delivery. And the time when it b.v arrives dont tell you if its am or pm. Krista Smith

That is not truth animals were inside the house and I've been waiting by the window for this package and no one came to deliver it.
