I'm so mad! My mother sent me a parcel from Canada which arrived in the US in a timely manner. Tracking my parcel, it said there was no such address so it was to be sent back to sender. I checked with my Mom for the address she had sent it to and she did have the correct address. 2 weeks later tracking showed the package was being sent to my new address yet I havent moved and I still never got it. Now the package has gone back to Canada. Shipping to the US from Canada is not cheap ($45.00 for this parcel) and now she has to pay again to return it. No one at the post office could explain where my package was when it was still in the US. This is not the first time this has happened. It would be great if they could get it together since it has taken almost 1 month since it was sent. How long will it take once she resends it?

Waiting for a package of bi-pap supplies, found them on my side porch on the a grill. Filled with rain! They have been there since Tuesday the 14th today is Sunday the 18th... All the supplies can not be returned there is a three day return policy, and because of all the rain they are not usable

Delivered on the expected delivery. Acquired signature as requested and stated it was left with an individual at the post marked address. Postal person was professional and extremely helpful when service was requested, rate was less expensive then private competitor.

The estimated delivery was off by over two days. This is important for the customer to know before making decisions about how to prepare for the delivery

It has taken over a month to get our Amazon order! For 2 weeks, no facility had it. Supposed to be delivered monday. I'll believe it when I get it.... better not be damaged!!
