Tracking sticker left at the door. Sticker states package will be at UPS Access point. Next day try to find package stated it was still with the driver. Why would it still be worth the drive or the next day if the previous day he put a sticker that the package will be at UPS Access point. Makes no sense

Someone needs to report UPS to Better Bureau and file law suit!!! I'm Someone...my package is still undelivered at an access point they never attempted to deliver it to my residence and customer service was rude !!! They only lie and say it will be delivered. They was closed Saturday it was not a National Holiday!!! There hours states frm 10-2 on Saturday I give them a 0 rating
