Can't believe I'm signed up for Tracking updates, I live in Michigan and my orders coming from TX, It's only been updated online once every 4-5Days! WTH good does that do? I Also Have NEVER Received ANY TEXT OR Email Updates since I signed up on May 16th it's May 20th! Very dissatisfied! I have received things from California already and my UPS order says it's been in ILLINOIS for Over 12hrs! Probably could have walked the package here by now!

I give your site UPS no Holds bar zero negative a blank to find out the simplest of information you have to go through all this bull and still not get the information that you're looking for you guys are bullies you act like you're the only company on the Block that does parcel deliveries that United States Postal Service that's better than you and when you call them to get information on your package you get information on your package I had a membership on that site where I get notification if somebody sends me a package and all these of the store it never worked thanks got my address and got all this information placed in your system and then come to find out attempted to be delivered to me but I was never notified by that what have you calling UPS something crap my UPS I'm so upset you fed up with you guys Brown is the perfect color for you guys same color as s h i t

If I could Ups a 0 I would... there service horrible and they employee any and everything. My package was left inside of a Liquor store liquor store and there was no sign. Not only did I feel in danger but I had my 4 year old son with me. I am so disappointed and unhappy. Do better UPS
