Packages are left on the porch. What are you talking about customer not home? Your emails say you couldn’t find the address. I have lived here 20 years and gotten deliveries from UPS, fed ex and the post office and all of a sudden you can’t find the address?????? Get your story straight.

The UPS truck was outside my house for 20 minutes ... so when they didn’t come to the door, I assumed there was no package for me so I left for an appointment . As soon as I left they put the sticker on my door.
