The worst experience I have ever had. The clerk in the Showlow Arizona office can't even copy an address down correctly. It has taken 7 days and it is still not delivered. It was only going 200 miles.

I don't have Facebook and I won't have Facebook. You folks are trying to hold me hostage to track my package by setting up a Facebook account. That's sorry as hell of you. I won't set it up and I won't use ups again.

They always says customer was not available but they don’t even have the decency to ring the buzzer!

The phone system sucs to get information- you cannot to talk to anyone they claim the address is wrong yet it is correct they are annoying I still haven’t gotten my package

They delivered my stuff to wrong address , gave me the run around trying to file a claim. Representative Hung up on me! Reordered my stuff and they took it to my neighbor. I'd give them zero stars but that's not an option
