Paid premium shipping rate for early delivery from Amazon. Unnecessary delay in clearing apparently for not submiting comercial invoice. I find this totaly unaceptable and considering claim for late delivery due to UPS inneficiencies.

No package n have had other packages from this co. N no delays so why is this one taking soo long please advise n ship right away part is needed asap

Never had any issues with UPS. Pavkage always arrives in good condition and packaging is never damaged neither is the product. I will always reccomend UPS over other shipping options.

Hard to navigate and find helpful pages. No easy page to go to to find lost packages. Not a fan of UPS tracking system. Have had nothing but late or lost packages (books from Amazon) coming out of California, then being scanned in Portland Oregon, then lost with no one knowing where it is at. Need an easy way to talk to a real person.
