This company is ok but I'm sure they could do much better if the delivery person actually did try to drop off your parcel to instead of leaving a notice for you to pick up. It seems that not all the worker's aren't fully doing there job in keeping there customer's happy, sorry but it's true. But there is some delivery people that do try to make sure the customer does get there package/parcel.

My package was sent out on 2/13/19 headed for san Antonio and was lost..I was told they filed the appropriate documents for discovery but as of the 25th of February I have heard nothing...after speaking to many people I have been told it's common place or they have found that there merchandise is always damaged and you have to fight for recourse even when insured...a terribly run organization with incompetent emplyees!!!!!
