I’m not going to repeat the problems I have had just check my order from this tracking number. I’ve spoken to 5 different ups folks in 2 days and my 95 year old aunt still doesn’t have her birthday present that should have been delivered on February 13. At this moment in time , if there was a 0 or negetive rating that’s what I would assign to UPS. Strange because at each conversation with very friendly and polite employees I thought the problem was solved.
