Not good
Waiting all day,n a small town,for a package you paid them to, delivery. This is wild,,they won't even tell you nothing,,my friend s better not use these people again,,still just waiting on my package.

6days late for delivery and cant get a straight answer. Was told by distribution center it would be delivered today but it hasn't gone out for delivery. Would never choose ups for my shipping needs. I live within city limits and the mail and FedEx have delivered all week. There is no excuse for this pathetic service.
