Very unhappy with service lost my phone service do to ups and not contacting me about my package which was pick up on December 5 2018 was delivered on the 8 of December as of the website tracking that my package was empty a and was not contacting like said on site and I know that it was in the package do to being wrapped in a package within a package and also tape with packing tape and duck tape

the parcel's status usually updates when it arrives to the next postal point, we can't speed this process up -

Very efficient. Even through my parcel was in a FedEx box had to send it back to the shipper via UPS but they shipped it to me by FedEx this no complaning
