Did not receive my package as per email indicated. I did receive my neighbors package. Could not submit with zero stars. One star for participation submitted as required

Message was sent by shipper, package arrived. UPS sent message package delivered, however package never arrived. Now have to hassle with finding package. We were home the whole day package never arrived as stated.

Well it now shows they tried to deliver ? I'm here no one came ? Liers for sure. I guess that the way drivers get out of trouble not making there delivers. Should be fired
