As my house is isolated I suspect that the delivery driver could not be bothered to deliver my parcel. Stating that no one was at home. My wife and my self have not left the house all day. I would like to have your comments

UPS always gives me a date of delivery but it never gets there on that specific date... It takes days after and sometimes doesn't get there at all... I hate it... The post office is exactly the same or even worse!! WOW

Delivery in Chile, more than a month since item was sent. UPS are unable to find an address in Santiago. I recommend you skip using UPS to deliver to Santiago.
