Tracking a couple of packages has been a nightmare. Information given over the phone changes according to who you talk to. Too confusing and all got it wrong. Still waiting for my packages to be delivered. Double checked info posting on tracking web, which, again, differs from info given over phone.

I am very displeased with UPS. We oaid extra for 2 day shipping and Saturday delivery and did not receive package as exoected and paid for. You take no ones hard earned money seriously. I suppose as long as you get your money it does not matter about customer service. I will tell everyone I know what has happened. You have no idea how upset I am. If I could rate 0 I would. Such a huge disappointment.

Awful, my package was left with visibly sever damage, and the item inside is damaged. Second bad experience Last package was left with tire marks on it and the item was damaged.
