This package containing gifts went way astray Was told it had been "scanned" and delivered two days before Christmas, then told on the day after Christmas that it was "lost" and advised to request replacement and refund of expedited shipping fee... all of which required HOURS on the damned phone, and did not resolve the refund or replacement or credit requests -- only to find it was delivered two days after Christmas. Not a great experience.
