I ordered my grandson a gaming chairnon November 26th 2018 and I have not received it. When I would try to track my package, my screen would tell me I had the wrong tracking number. The other products I ordered came but still no gaming chair. I had my daughter use her phone to try and find where my package was.. Only to find out it says delivered on Dec 4th 2018. I have looked everywhere no package. I have no close neighbors... So I am doubtful it was taken. I believe my package was delivered to the wrong house. I need this issue fixed asap! Please!

Bum system. Package went to wrong address. Customer service closed? 2 days before Christmas. Phone system takes you around in endless circles. If I could give you a minus score I would.
