This was a nightmare. U can't get a rep it number for the Buffalo NY office it terminal. Off shore Asia only which can't understand English much less understand what I was trying to say. First it says will arrive Monday, Then next inquiry in 20 min was Tues, a few hours later the idiots say the number doesn't exist. Horrifying. Last track was 7/25 and on 7/29 it still was no where to be found found. The Asia office says they can't contact the Buffalo NY USA office I'm just supposed to wait and not have any idea if it when my package was to ship. I have to sign for and it's not my home and they pretty much can't find my package which is a huge sign Are u kidding me. U guys S**K, SO DOES YOUR service u have none. Get some jobs in the USA.

There seems to be of the few cases of upset and impatient customers with unrealistic expectations posted on this website. The truth of the matter is that there is not a better parcel service in the United States of America. The UPS have been serving my family for years. I live on a little farm and they have always delivered on time in a friendly and professional fashion. We even sent a parcel to Australia for a reasonable price and enjoy the same high standard of customer service provided by the fantastic team at UPS. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this company.

Every time something is shipped to me and never comes on time I'm never able to find it it's been delivered several times to wrong house and sometimes even not even delivered where I've had to go to the UPS office and pick it up myself because the UPS in our area is absolutely horrible

It sad these drivers get away with not delivering packages. I been waiting all week for this package, the driver just entered undeliverable and sent it back... no card left with option to pick up anywhere else.

I was told by two people with ups today that my package would be delivered today as tracked it tonight it's still in Texas i'm in Louisiana. Very disappointed.

Best delivery ever...no comparison to usps. I have tried to request ups service with sellers and will not purchase item unless I have ups option.
