Payed next day air supposed to receive my package today now it’s saying delivery is moved to another date

The drivers are lazy and tell lies each time I try and wait outside for my packages the guy never shows up he just put attempt to deliver, I watched him pass up and down my street 3 or 4 times and never make a stop period! I've went through thos more than once same thing happened today!

I drop my ups air package on Thursday July 18th and it was next day delivery but the package wasn't delivered till Mandy the 22nd. So why someone should pay for next day delivery while the post office don't commit to their promise specially when there was no bad weather to delay the service.
