I'm very diapointed in how my package is several days late.and I only have one Scan that shows up.i have not gotten up date on WHY it's late or it may be lost? Unhappy with UPS!

UPS Ground delivered my package to my next door neighbor. This is the third time this has happened to me, requiring me to go looking for it!

This is the third time U have had packages delivered to the wrong address and I have had to hunt them down in my neighborhood! My mailbox number is clearly visible on my mailbox . UPS Ground should be able to do better than this!
